The final scope depends on the size of the space, its condition and your priorities — the number of square metres isn't guaranteed in advance.

You can book just the cleaner's time
If you already have suitable cleaning products, a vacuum, a mop and other equipment, you can book just the cleaner's time. They'll come to you and work for the booked hours using your own equipment.
